Menu Plan: 21 March 2011

Last week I was out of town, so I left the meals completely to Kevin. I didn’t know his work schedule or how it would work out with TB, so what they did is as much my surprise as yours! :)

Monday: Leftovers

Tuesday: Homemade pizzas (a version of this)

Wednesday: Quinoa Quiche

Thursday: Tortellini Soup

Friday: Dining out (Carb loading pre-race with friends!)

Saturday:

Breakfast– I’ll be eating some toast with almond butter super early…the guys are on their own

Lunch– Leftovers

Dinner– Oven Roasted Chicken

Sunday: (I’m not guaranteeing I’ll be cooking anything after racing Saturday! LOL!)

Breakfast– Pancakes and smoothies

Lunch– chicken tacos

Dinner– Pioneer Woman Steak Bites
