A beautiful salad

Around this time of the year, I love the way salads look. The bright vegetables against the green lettuce…mmm…nummy! The one above I threw together when some friends came over for dinner.
What are your favorite salad toppings?
GOAT CHEESE AND BEETS…SUCH A RICH AND TANGY COMBINATION! YUM! OH, AND FETA AND GREEN OLIVES…OR GORGONZOLA AND GOLDEN RAISINS. LOL! I JUST LOVE SALDS, AND YES, ESPECIALLY DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS!:)
Oh nummy! Only we now have to avoid dairy, so no cheese on our salads. In the past, I’ve been big fan of feta and goat cheese, even though I end up paying for it later.
